Mary is a master facilitator and seasoned coach with more than 20 years of successful training, executive coaching, and human resource management experience. Through interactive and engaging coaching, she has inspired and challenged thousands of leaders of all levels to maximize their potential.

Passionate about helping individuals reach their professional goals and driving real change for organizations, Mary’s coaching methods challenge participants to better achieve self-awareness, tackle difficult conversations, expand their comfort zone and develop leadership skills. 

Mary brought her entrepreneurial expertise to the founding of mkconsulting after working in human resources and organizational development for Fortune 500 companies, including Roche Diagnostics and Sallie Mae Corp., and consulting with major organizations to develop and facilitate high impact training. 

Mary earned a degree in Management from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in Bloomington and she is a member of the business school’s alumni network. Mary is certified in DDI training, Ken Blanchard “Situational Leadership”, Vital Smarts “Crucial Conversations” and “Crucial Accountability”, Barnes and Conti “Exercising Influence”, Bonfire Training “Customer Service Essentials” and DISC.

In her spare time, Mary enjoys bringing family and friends together, whether it is for a football tailgate, a bowl of soup, an antiquing expedition, a travel adventure or a book club. A native of Chicago, she and her husband, Mark, live in Indianapolis, where they have raised four children.
